Perfectly Posh Influencer Pay Plan

Today Perfectly Posh released the new pay plan. It can be confusing, so I wanted to break down all the details for those of you who are considering joining me as a Perfectly Posh Influencer. Perfectly Posh is no longer a pyramid company, but instead the pay plan is shaped like a sphere. You are paid based on your personal commission, your firstline and your secondline.

Before I move on, let's go over some of the terms that are important to understand so you can make sense of the rest of the pay plan.

Let's talk about your frontline and secondline. Your frontline are the Influencers that sign up directly under you. Your secondline are the Influencers that have signed up under your frontline.

This leads to your Frontline Volume (FLV). This is the personal volume (PV) of all your frontline in a given month. This means that the Secondline Volume (SLV) is the personal volume (PV) of all your secondline in a given month. These totals do not include your PV.

You are now paid based on your personal sales rather than rank. This means the more you sell, the more you earn! Pay is also going to be instant... which means you are back paid when you reach a higher payout.

Let me given an example of how this will work.

Let's say this month my PV was 2,000.

For my sales from 1-99 I would receive 15%. Once I reach 100, then I would get a payment that would adjust my commission to be 20% for 1-100 PV. For my sales from 1-349 I would receive 20%. Once I reach 350, then I would get a payment that would adjust my commission to be 25% for 1-350 PV. And so on...

This explains how you will earn commission from your frontline and secondline.

FRONTLINE

Once you reach 500 PV:

If your frontline is 1 - 4,999 FLV, then you earn 10% of the FLV.

Once you reach 1,000 PV:

If your frontline is 5,000+ FLV, then you earn 15% of the FLV.

SECONDLINE

Once you reach 1,000 PV:

If your frontline is 5,000+ FLV, and your secondline is 1-14,999 SLV then you earn 10% of the SLV.

Once you reach 2,000 PV:

If your frontline is 7,500 FLV, and your secondline is 15,000+ SLV then you earn 15% of the SLV.

I'm going to explain this using an example.

A. 1st recruit= $25

2nd recruit, 3rd recruit, etc.= $50 (each)

B. 2,000 FLV= $25

4,000 FLV= $50

6,000 FLV= $75... and so on.

C. 1,000 PV= $25

2,000 PV= $50

3,000 PV= $75... and so on.

Premier Pool

This essentially works the same as the topless monthly growth award, but for premiers.

These are just a few examples to show you how the pay plan works including your commission, and your frontline pay.

This is like the new Quickstart. Within 21 days, you must reach 500 PV, and add 1 recruit. You get $25 for reaching 500 PV and $25 for the recruit. You also get an Influencer Tee and Pin, along with 50 perks for getting both!

This is the new Rank Advancement chart.

Different Ranks:

- Highest Lifetime Rank

- Highest Rank Achieved each year ending on June 30th.

- Paid-at rank for the prior Calendar Month (determines if you qualify for the Topless Monthly Growth Award or the Premier Pool).

All purchases must be done through an Influencer. This means that customers without an Influencer will be assigned to one through an email.

Once a customer connects with you, cookies will make it so they are always purchasing from you (unless they follow someone else's link). If they just go to www.perfectlyposh.com they will automatically be linked to you once they have shopped with you before.

Posh recommends that when you meet someone, you should encourage them to sign up for a perks account and go on your link that way you can ensure that if they ever order by clicking a link on the Perfectly Posh Facebook page, you will still get the credit for the sale.

You can also sell Posh wherever you want! On Facebook Buy/Sell/Trade, Ebay, Amazon, WHEREVER. As long as you sell it for the prices listed online. (You may sell products for cheaper than these amounts in your personal Facebook groups, but never for more.)
